I have a knack for painting and art but I have no money to take formal classes to learn the proper techniques so that my artwork could be done to its fullest potential. Are there any good sites where I can learn?

I’m kinda intrigued into posing nude for a Life Drawings class. I heard people of doing it and said it’s nerve-racking going into it, but by the end you gain a whole new self-confidence.
Anyway, how would I go about this? Do all colleges need models to pose nude for these classes every semester? Would I just call up the art dept. of a college nearby and ask if they needed any models and that I was interested in doing so?
What will they say? Would I need to come in for an "interview" or something?
Any and all info is appreciated!
Is there a way to express yourself through painting if you basically have poor drawing skill?

For my art history class, I need to find to artists that specialize in line drawing. Could anybody please help me find two artists? I searched over google and only found "how to’s". Thanks in advance!

what i am asking is, in order to be a good painter must you be born with the talent? or is it something you can practice and learn?

im planning on taking an art class outside of school this year for the first time.
its at the BBAC ((michigan)) and alot of people say that it is very good for those who are really interested in art.
but i don’t know if it is worth the 0 fee plus the model fee and material fee.
im taking a class that will teach us one, two and three point perspectives and figure drawings.
i really want to start on my art portfolio and i thought this would be a good way, but do you think it is worth the money??
btw im a sophmore in highschool.
