Well of course you can improve your drawing skills. But I want to know what I can expect there so I would know If it would be worth the money. I want to draw someone and right now I suck at drawing. I hope that by taking an art class, I can be like those people who can draw fantastic things effortlesly.

Would it be mixed media? Or simply collage? I am looking into taking art classes over the summer and am having a hard time finding a class that I could make collages in. Thanks in advance?

I love art and I am really good at it too. I enjoy drawing my own silly cartoons in pencil (I do not use color) I just adore pottery. I have only done water color painting once I am extremely talented in it. I am stumped I don’t know what kind of art class to take! My dad says he really wants to get my in an art class and I do too! I just don’t know what to take I’m great at pretty much anything. I wanted to know your opinion on what would be the best art class for me.

Hey, im about to start college pretty soon, and im going to go Cal State Long Beach, and i was wondering, if my intended major is going to be psychology, will i be able to take an art class, just cause? I love art, and i want to get better at it, so is it possible for me to just take an art class for recreational purposes, cause i definately know i wont be able to survive the art world. I know im going to have to pay for it, but i want to know if its possible.

I can draw pretty good (anything but people), and I can paint with pastels, and I can paint my woodburnings nicely but I am having problems with painting. I have bought the Donna Dewberry series and most of the time can do a semi-decent flower, but I want to paint landscapes, animals, birds, clouds, etc. Whenever I try, it comes out… shall we say… cartoonish. Any suggestions?
